A look at the finer details in our Prime Window. We are proud of this window as it is very good quality with countless features and an appealing window.

Stainless steel track stays clean and new looking forever.
Competition windows use a vinyl track and brass or metal wheels which turns the vinyl track black.ss steel track stays clean and new looking forever.
Nylon concave self-guiding wheel and stainless steel axles over a stainless steel track..
These slider rollers are amazing, smooth, slide and open easy, and do not wear out or cause the track to turn black.
All those chambers provide window strength, it is needed, anything less and you will have a flimsy vinyl window.
The Flush Fin or renovation flange is double walled with ribs for support and strength. Many windows with a single flange will warp in the hot sun.

For spring cleaning, slide the window all the way to the open position, lift out, grab or make a hook and from one end, lift out the track. Vacuum, clean etc and snap back in place. Perfect!!
Triple Pane Glass
All windows have weep holes that allow any water to drain.
A flap over the weep holes opens to let water drain away and then closes to prevent wind from infiltrating your home through your replacement windows.
One Touch Locks. Streamlined and Intuitive – It operates effortlessly. One smooth, single motion opens or closes the window, and locks it.
Cam Lock.
Secondary Night Stop – These are great for child safety, since you can put it anywhere, move it to the top rail where the small kids can’t reach.

Pull Rail Quality Screens – Prime uses an aluminum built in rail instead of breakable tabs.
Prime Patio Doors feature two heavy duty hooks that move outward to engage the keeper which securely locks the door at the jamb.

Heavy duty triple wall screen is included, with four adjustable steel rollers. This screen is twice as thick as a regular thin screen frame that your friend walked into bending it in half!!
Mounted foot lock, included with your new patio door, this one is strong and easy to use with your shoe or even reaching down for it.
Two position, easy to use foot lock. Locked or in a vented locked position. No holes drilled into the track as it uses a separate steel mount.
Casement or Awning Lock
Awning window from the inside. Easy access to the crank, no trap door for the screen.

All windows are not made the same, but they all look good for a few years. A good deal of lower end vinyl windows fail within 10 years and all use a rubber or foam window spacer. We see and replace these failed windows everyday.

Builder quality windows, pay less, look great for 5 to 10 years and then pay again.
