I recently had my windows replaced with House Smart Home Improvements and was absolutely pleased with the workmanship of the windows. From the start I felt so comfortable with the salesmen they sent me. He worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted and in my price range. .He also gave me a price I couldn’t refuse. When the installers came to install the windows , they introduced themselves to me right away . They were respectful with all my home furniture and respected my home. Wanted to change about 30 pieces of our 30 years old windows and we found house smart home improvement. The whole process was very smooth and painless. The installer was professional, fast, and clean. The quality of the windows was very satisfying!  The new windows are so comfortable now and our furnace doesn’t turn on as much! Highly recommend!

The House Smart representative, Glenn, was very helpful in explaining the different window products and answering my questions. The installers were friendly, efficient, and tidy when taking out the old windows and installing the new ones. The windows look amazing, they really brighten up the house.

We had all of our windows replaced recently during the pandemic.  The sales rep was very pleasant and professional.  He did not try to upsell us to the most expensive windows but rather listened to our thoughts and provided the most appropriate type of windows to replace at a very reasonable cost.  The crew that came to do the replacement did an excellent job.  They were very pleasant and efficient throughout the time they were at our house.  Always had the necessary coverings and was ever ready to address any of our concerns when we approached them.  The new windows were well installed and what a difference it made after the replacement.

We started getting quotes to replace both windows and doors in May 2020.  We decided to go with House Smart for our windows and another company for our doors. House Smart delivered and installed our windows in the timeframe promised. We are extremely happy with our new windows. Although we paid a 50% deposit for our doors, it is over 6 months later and the door company still has not completed the job. We regret not doing both jobs through House Smart.

Highly recommend them.  Do your research, compare a number of product offerings for window replacements.  House Smart was best on quality and value combined.  Greg, the sales rep. was knowledgeable, brought product samples, answered all questions.  Jason and his crew of capable installers arrived on schedule, did a great job taking out all old windows and installing new ones, did a thorough job.  Installation was all done by day’s end as promised, good finished appearance, and thorough job clean-up.  Results were evident in increased energy efficiency and comfort: no more drafts and much reduced noise.  Great job, thanks.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with House Smart!  Starting with Greg, the salesperson, Ryan in the office, Richard & Claude the installers and Nelson the electrician, they were all knowledgeable, extremely competent and a pleasure to deal with. The installation was handled so seamlessly! Richard explained the process, was very helpful and the cleanup was perfect!  Can I give 10 stars instead of 5? Thank you for an excellent job done!

My 20 year old gas furnace stopped working and needed to be replaced. I tried House Smart Home Improvements and they were able to supply and install a new furnace within a week.  They had initially indicated a 2-3 week delivery but were able to expedite it to within a week. The installation was well thought out and  went very well. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience using House Smart Improvements for our furnace and thermostat replacement.  The installers were neat, efficient, and completed the job in a rapid manner.  I really liked the fact the installer taught me how to use the smart thermostat.
